T.I.G members may post only material they created or are authorised to use.
Submit a complaint
Email support@tigacademy.in with: your contact details; the protected work; the exact T.I.G URL or content identifier; why the use is unauthorised; a good-faith statement; and evidence that you own or are authorised to act for the owner.
Review process
T.I.G may temporarily restrict disputed material while verifying a sufficiently complete complaint, contact the member for a response where appropriate, remove confirmed infringement and preserve an internal action record. Knowingly false complaints or counter-statements may have legal consequences.
Professional review required
The final notice, counter-notice, repeat-infringer and jurisdiction process must be reviewed for the legal entity and laws applicable to T.I.G before public launch.
