Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective 17 August 2026.

1. General policy

T.I.G is committed to delivering carefully structured educational programmes. Unless a course page or written offer expressly states otherwise, purchases of T.I.G courses, workshops, live sessions and related programmes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please review the course description, language, schedule, delivery format, eligibility requirements and prerequisites carefully before completing payment.

2. Refund requests

Any refund, credit or transfer is considered solely at T.I.G’s discretion and must be approved in writing. A request must provide a genuine, specific and verifiable reason. T.I.G may consider circumstances such as a demonstrated language barrier that materially prevents the learner from understanding the programme. Unsupported, illogical or preference-based claims do not qualify automatically.

3. After enrolment or access is granted

Once enrolment is confirmed or access to a live class, recording, learning material or programme resource has been provided, a refund will ordinarily not be approved. This includes non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, change of mind, personal circumstances, device or connectivity issues, or dissatisfaction based only on personal preferences regarding content or delivery.

4. Processing charge and deductions

A minimum processing charge of ₹2,000 will be deducted from every discretionary refund approved by T.I.G to cover software, payment-processing and administrative costs. Where permitted by law, payment-gateway costs, taxes already remitted and the value of consumed services may also be deducted before the approved balance is returned.

5. Duplicate or failed transactions

If the same enrolment is charged more than once, or payment is captured but the corresponding enrolment is not created, contact us with the transaction details. After verification, a confirmed duplicate charge or payment for an uncreated enrolment will be returned to the original payment method without the discretionary-refund processing charge.

6. Cancellation by T.I.G

If T.I.G cancels a paid programme and does not provide a reasonable replacement or rescheduled option, affected participants may choose either a full refund or a transfer to another comparable available course or batch. A reasonable timetable adjustment, delivery-platform change or replacement by a suitably qualified instructor will not ordinarily be treated as cancellation.

7. How to request a review

Email support@tigacademy.in from the address used for enrolment. Include your full name, registered email address, course name, payment date, transaction reference, the reason for your request and supporting evidence. Incomplete requests may be declined or may take longer to review.

8. Processing approved refunds

Approved refunds will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method after applicable deductions. Processing time depends on the bank, card network or payment provider and may be outside T.I.G’s control. T.I.G is not responsible for third-party processing delays after a refund has been initiated.

9. Consumer rights and policy updates

Nothing in this policy limits any remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian consumer-protection law. T.I.G may update this policy for future purchases by posting the revised version and effective date. Course-specific written terms apply where they were clearly disclosed before payment and are lawful.
