Nomination and honorarium terms

Submitting a nomination or purchasing a course does not guarantee selection, payment or future work.

Independent selection

T.I.G may consider current students, former students, experienced analysts and qualified external professionals. Selection may consider subject knowledge, clarity, educational value, disclosures, professional work, verification results, audience needs and availability. T.I.G may decline or revoke a nomination.

Educational boundary

A selected speaker must not provide personalised advice, direct buy/sell/hold instructions, guaranteed-return claims, undisclosed promotions or trading-account solicitation. Relevant interests, conflicts and regulatory status must be disclosed accurately.

Verification and agreement

Before scheduling, T.I.G may verify qualifications, registration status, identity and sample material. A selected speaker may be required to sign a separate agreement covering the topic, materials, recording consent, cancellation, confidentiality, intellectual property, tax information and conduct.

Honorarium

An honorarium of up to ₹30,000 may be offered only when T.I.G confirms it in a written speaker agreement. It is discretionary, selection-based, subject to session completion, verification, tax/TDS requirements and the agreed payment timetable. It is not a benefit of course purchase or Google sign-in.

Final terms

The signed speaker agreement controls if it differs from this information page. Tax, recording and payment language requires professional review before the first paid guest session.
