Privacy Policy

Effective 3 August 2026 · Applies to the T.I.G website, courses, live sessions, research and analysis.

Our commitment

T.I.G (Trade · Invest · Grow) values your trust and is committed to handling personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we use it, when it may be shared and the choices available to you when you use our website, Google sign-in, educational programmes, live sessions, research and related digital services.

1. Information we collect

We may collect information that you provide directly, including:

  • Your Google account name, email address and profile photograph when you choose to sign in.
  • Course registrations, payment and transaction references, attendance, assignments, assessments and instructor feedback.
  • Guest-lecture applications, qualifications, proposed topics, supporting work and related correspondence.
  • Messages, enquiries, complaints and any other information you submit through forms or support channels.

We may also collect limited technical and usage information, such as browser or device type, IP address, timestamps, consent preferences, error logs, security signals and aggregated website-usage statistics.

2. How we use your information

We may use your information to:

  • Authenticate Google sign-in, process course registrations and payments, and deliver live classes and learning materials.
  • Send essential programme, payment, security, schedule and service communications, and promotional updates only where permitted.
  • Provide support, respond to enquiries, review applications and resolve complaints or disputes.
  • Prevent fraud, spam and misuse, and enforce T.I.G policies.
  • Maintain, analyse and improve our website, educational content, research and services.
  • Comply with applicable law, lawful requests and record-keeping obligations.

T.I.G does not sell, rent or trade personal information.

3. Sharing and service providers

Information may be shared with trusted providers that support essential operations, such as authentication, hosting, database and storage services, payment processing, email or communication tools, analytics and security. These providers may use the information only for the services they perform for T.I.G and are subject to their own contractual and legal obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect users or T.I.G, or in connection with a legitimate business reorganisation.

4. Data protection and security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls, authorisation checks, security monitoring and upload protections, to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss. However, no online service or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.

5. Cookies and analytics

T.I.G may use essential cookies or similar technologies to operate accounts, remember preferences and maintain security. Optional analytics may be used to understand traffic and improve our services where consent is required and obtained. You may control cookies through your browser or available consent settings, although disabling essential cookies may affect website functionality.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain records, protect users, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. A deletion request may not immediately remove limited backups, payment records, security logs or other information that must lawfully be retained. Requests may be submitted through Grievance & data requests.

7. Your rights

Subject to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you may request access to information about your personal data, correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, erasure where applicable, withdrawal of consent and grievance redressal. We may verify your identity before processing a request. Contact support@tigacademy.in or see Grievance & data requests.

8. Age requirement

T.I.G accounts and market-learning services are intended for persons aged 18 years or older. Please do not register or submit personal information if you are under 18.

9. Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, services or legal obligations. The latest version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
