Use the subject “T.I.G grievance or data request” and write from the Google email connected to your account. Include the relevant course, payment reference or other useful details, but never send a password, one-time code, trading-account credential or unnecessary identity document.

What happens next

• We will acknowledge the request and identify any information needed to verify the account or investigate the issue.
• We will review moderation appeals, access/correction/deletion requests, payment disputes and safety complaints fairly.
• We may preserve relevant evidence while a dispute, fraud investigation or lawful retention duty remains open.
• If a matter falls outside T.I.G’s control, we will explain the relevant provider or lawful channel where reasonably possible.
