Terms of Use

Effective 19 August 2026.

1. Agreement and educational purpose

By accessing tigacademy.in, creating an account, enrolling in a programme or using any T.I.G Academy service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. T.I.G provides education and discussion only—not investment advice, research services, portfolio management, brokerage, trade execution, stock tips, or buy, sell or hold recommendations. You remain solely responsible for your financial decisions and should consult an appropriately registered professional where advice is required.

2. Definitions

“Services” means the T.I.G Academy website, accounts, courses, live classes, recordings, learning resources and related support. “Content” means course videos, live sessions, text, documents, graphics, data, examples, assessments and other materials made available through the Services. “User”, “you” and “your” mean any person who accesses or uses the Services.

3. Eligibility, registration and account security

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. Information supplied during registration, enrolment and payment must be accurate and kept current. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity performed through your account. Accounts and course access are personal and non-transferable; you may not sell, lend or share access or use another person’s account. Notify support@tigacademy.in promptly if you suspect unauthorised use, fraud or a security breach.

4. Courses, schedules and access

Course descriptions, prerequisites, language, fees, schedules, instructors, guest speakers, live-class platforms and included materials are stated on the relevant course page or enrolment communication. T.I.G may make reasonable operational changes, including rescheduling a class, changing a delivery platform or replacing an instructor with a suitably qualified person. Access duration and any recording availability will be as stated for the applicable programme. Batch transfers, extensions and additional access are not guaranteed and require written approval from T.I.G.

5. Fees and payments

Applicable fees are displayed on the website or in a written offer and must be paid using an approved payment method. Course access is granted only after successful payment and verification. You authorise T.I.G and its payment providers to process the information needed to complete and verify the transaction. A declined, reversed, disputed or incomplete payment does not create an enrolment entitlement. Duplicate charges and payments captured without a corresponding enrolment will be reviewed after transaction verification.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds, transfers, duplicate-payment corrections, cancellations and programme changes are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. If T.I.G cancels a paid programme and does not provide a reasonable replacement or rescheduled option, eligible participants may receive the remedy described in that policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable right available under applicable law.

7. Acceptable use and financial-services restrictions

You may use the Services and Content only for personal educational purposes. You must not copy, record, reproduce, resell, publish, distribute or commercially exploit course material; share login access; bypass technical controls; upload malware; disrupt the Services; impersonate another person; misrepresent qualifications or performance; manipulate securities; or use T.I.G material to solicit clients, provide unregistered investment advice or carry out another regulated financial service. Violations may result in restriction or termination of access, subject to applicable law and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8. Intellectual property

T.I.G branding, course materials, design, recordings, notes and platform software are owned by or licensed to T.I.G. A valid paid enrolment grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the applicable materials for personal learning during the stated access period. No ownership or commercial-use right is transferred to you.

9. Privacy and communications

Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy. By providing contact details, you agree to receive transactional and administrative communications concerning registration, security, payments, classes and support. Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and available consent or opt-out choices.

10. Third-party services and links

The Services may use or link to payment gateways, video-conferencing services, publishers, authentication providers and other third-party platforms. T.I.G does not control their availability, security, content or independent practices and does not endorse third-party information merely by linking to it. Your use of a third-party platform may also be governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy.

11. Investment-risk acknowledgement

Financial markets involve risk, including loss of capital. Examples, charts, case studies, historical information, simulated results and instructor opinions are provided for learning and may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for independently assessing any transaction and T.I.G is not liable for trading or investment decisions made in reliance on educational material.

12. Availability and warranty disclaimer

The Services and Content are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. T.I.G does not promise uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure access, or that every defect will be corrected. Scheduled maintenance, internet failures, hosting outages, third-party failures and events outside reasonable control may cause delay or temporary unavailability.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, T.I.G is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary losses; trading losses; loss of opportunity, profit or data; or loss caused by third-party services, connectivity failures or reliance on educational Content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify T.I.G and its proprietor, instructors, contractors and service providers against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, infringement of another person’s rights, unauthorised distribution of Content or material breach of these Terms.

15. Suspension and termination

T.I.G may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, payment reversal, account sharing, security risk, unlawful activity, intellectual-property misuse or a material or repeated breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, T.I.G may investigate and seek clarification before taking action. Termination does not cancel obligations that accrued before termination.

16. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve the matter through written communication sent to support@tigacademy.in. Subject to mandatory consumer law and any court that cannot lawfully be excluded, disputes will be subject to the competent courts of New Delhi, India.

17. Changes to these Terms

T.I.G may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, operations or applicable law. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or registered contact details. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance, except where fresh consent is required by law.

18. General provisions

These Terms, together with the policies expressly linked from them and the applicable course or enrolment details, form the agreement concerning the Services. If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. No agency, partnership, joint venture, employment or franchise relationship is created between you and T.I.G. Rights or remedies that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

19. Contact and notices

Questions, notices and support requests may be sent to support@tigacademy.in. Privacy and data-rights requests may also be submitted through the grievance and data-request process. Electronic communications and notices sent to the contact details associated with your account will be treated as valid communications, subject to applicable law.
